The Ringmetall Group consists of a total of 25 companies which operate independently on the market but are managed centrally by Ringmetall SE within the framework of a holding structure. It plans and controls the international growth of the Group and at the same time exercises central staff functions at the corporate level. This includes the areas of corporate finance, investor relations and business development.
