Ringmetall SE is managed via the usual management and monitoring structure. The Management Board manages the company on its own responsibility and determines its strategic orientation. The Supervisory Board appoints, advises and monitors the Management Board.

Christoph Petri completed his studies in business administration at the University of Nuremberg and the University of Sydney in 2006. He embarked on his professional journey at a consulting and investment firm specializing in medium-sized enterprises.
In 2011, he was appointed to the Executive Board of Ringmetall, where he oversees strategic investment management, finance, investor relations, sales, and marketing.

Konstantin Winterstein studied at TU Darmstadt and TU Berlin, where he graduated in mechanical engineering. In 2004, he received an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau and Singapore. From 1997 to 2014, he held various positions at the BMW Group.
Since 2014, he has been a member of Ringmetall’s Executive Board and is responsible for operational investment management as well as for the Human Resources, IT, Technology and Production divisions.
