For Ringmetall, a responsible and sustainable interpretation of the value added concept is clearly at the forefront of our economic activity. Candor and transparency determine our communication with our investors and interested capital market participants. The principles of good corporate governance are therefore of particular importance to us and guide us in our interaction and our dealings with our employees, our business partners and our investors.
Corporate governance is an essential foundation of our corporate strategy. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board want to secure the success of our company through responsible and long-term corporate governance. They work closely together in the interest of the company. An intensive, continuous dialogue between the two committees is the foundation on which this success builds.
Our corporate governance is based on the German Corporate Governance Code (DCGK), which the Government Commission German Corporate Governance Code (DCGK) first published on February 26, 2002 and last amended on February 7, 2017. Our guidelines are essentially in line with the recommendations of the DCGK in its current version. Deviations from the specifications of the Code have been published by the Management Board and Supervisory Board of the Company in the context of the following declaration of compliance pursuant to Section 161 AktG.
